EXCHANGE POLICY — Diamond Outfit

 

All products are eligible for exchange or return within 10 calendar days of receiving the order.

 

For greater security and transparency in the process, we recommend recording a full video of the unboxing upon delivery. This record may be requested for review in the event of any issues.

 

Exchange or return requests will be reviewed by the Diamond Outfit team. In cases of duly proven manufacturing defects, the exchange will be made at no additional cost to the customer, with shipping expenses covered by the company.

 

In accordance with Brazilian law, online purchases are subject to a right of withdrawal within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. In such cases, the customer may request cancellation of the purchase as provided for in the Consumer Protection Code.

 

Returned products must be in the same condition as when received, with no signs of misuse, and must be accompanied by their original packaging and other accessories, when applicable.
